*confused*

If a random person is giving me items, constantly buying from my shop, and just abandoned one of her pets to create a pet named after me, should I be worried?

I wouldn't be worried about the first two things, but naming a pet after you is pretty much crossing the line...

I'd report them for harassment.

unless her real name was used it isn't considered harassment

Thats slightly......stalker-ish? Maybe it's just a little kid who feels there in your debt because you bought something for them or gave them something? Just ignore them, it'll stop eventually

The only thing I did was accept her Neofriend request. Does 13 count as "little"?

Interesting that you would mention this situation. I was alerted recently to a problem where cloned (rare) items were being randomly sent to unknowning players. The end result was that the reciever would have their account frozen.
I'm not clear on all the details, but what you describe sounds very simular. It has been recomended to set your account so that you only accept items from your Friends list and no one else.
I would have this gift giver (who probibly has fake user info) reported in this case.

I'm familiar with the item duplication, but the person in question didn't give me any of the rare items that were known to have been cloned. The rarest thing she sent to me was a Tyrannian Petpet PB -- the rest were cheap plushies and Illusen items.

I still feel strange about the pet situation, though. I'll take everyone's advice and report her. Thanks for your help, guys. :)

DO THIS AND DO THIS NOW!!

1) Put the items you've recieved in the trading post with the wishlist "TNT if these are duplicates please delete".
2) Change your preferences to "NO NEO-FRIEND REQUESTS"
3) Change your preferences to "ONLY NEO-FRIENDS CAN SEND ME ITEMS"
4) Take everything out of your shop
5) Keep an eye on them

You can't report them unless they've used your real name. Just keep an eye out and if anything weird happens that CAN be reported to do.

If you don't know if it should be reported or not neomail me at real_wild_child3000 :)
